1968 – 1972<\/strong><\/th>Working for communication equipment manufacturers, he engages in the design and development of commercial image equipment, such as high-definition monitors for NHK Science & Technology Research Laboratories, and learns the basics of image processing.<\/td><\/tr>
1976 – 1995<\/th>Founds System House, a company focused on the design and development of microcomputer hardware and software, and designs and develops his own FA (Factory Automation) systems and amusement equipment for customers. Through various designs and developments, he experiences processes that computers struggle with and excel at.<\/td><\/tr>
1995 – 2007<\/th>After integrating System House as an affiliate of a major EMS (manufacturing) corporate group, he oversees technical and quality assurance departments as the group\u2019s director. He distances himself from design and development and focuses on management.<\/td><\/tr>
2007 – 2010<\/th>He quits his previous job and researches the evolution of computers and what computers should be like in the future, namely the ideal von Neumann-type computers, by himself. At that time, computer performance was mainly improved by adding more cores to the CPU. When he sees the limit of miniaturization and the arrival of AI companies, he realizes that a processor that could take over the processes that CPUs struggle with (memory-integrated processor) would become indispensable and decides to patent it.<\/td><\/tr>
2010 – Today<\/th>In 2010, he founds Advanced Original Technologies and promotes R&D, patent acquisition, and the implementation of Memorism Processors (memory-integrated processors). While memory-integrated processors are researched all over the world as part of in-memory computing, we see Memorism Processors, which can be applied to everything from databases to image recognition, as our company\u2019s unique technology.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

1975<\/th>Enters Hitachi. Assigned to the Device Development Center, which researches and develops cutting-edge semiconductors for general computers and LSI.
He then engages in the R&D of semiconductors and LSI at the Device Development Center, and later, at the Central Research Laboratory. The R&D results were presented at the ISSCC (International Solid-State Circuit Conference), which is known as the Olympics of LSI.<\/td><\/tr>
2001<\/th>Takes the short-term Stanford Executive Program (SEP) at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where he learns general management. He attends a special lecture from Mr. Andy Grove, the former CEO of Intel, and has a debate with him.<\/td><\/tr>
2004<\/th>In the National Project promoted by the Ministry of Education, \u201cDevelopment of Elemental Technology for the Next Supercomputer,\u201d he is responsible for the R&D of the super low-power device\/circuit technology as the general leader of the high-performance computer (HPC) development office at Hitachi R&D Headquarters.<\/td><\/tr>
2015<\/th>Founds the Memory Computing research group, which later develops into the Rebooting Computing study group, dedicated to the R&D of next-generation computer architecture.
This research or study group gathered various researchers and technicians from universities, the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology, large companies, and venture companies in the fields of computers, semiconductors, and AI.
In this research group, he learns about Inoue\u2019s concept of \u201cMemorism Architecture.\u201d
Through Inoue\u2019s lecture at this research group and Hitachi Central Research Laboratory, he becomes convinced of the foresight, creativity, marketability, and future surrounding the SOP, DBP, and XOP of Memorism architecture.<\/td><\/tr>
2016<\/th>He becomes a co-author with research colleague and Professor Pham from the University of Electro-Communications at the SSI 2016 of the Society of Instrument and Control Engineers.<\/td><\/tr>
2019<\/th>After AOT was chosen for NEDO\u2019s \u201cProject for Accelerating Innovative AI Chip Development,\u201d he joins the company as a semiconductor development manager intending to turn the Memorism Processor (2D-SOP) into intellectual property.<\/td><\/tr>

2014<\/th>Obtains a Ph.D. in engineering from Ehime University with research on 3D LSI measurement technology.<\/td><\/tr>

    When he was introduced to SOP technology by President Inoue in 2013, he was impressed by the unique architecture that could completely change the traditional concept of von Neumann-type computers based on CPU + memory, and realized that this technology had the potential to revive Japan\u2019s electronics industry. He thought that this technology should be developed and commercialized by Fujitsu, the leader in the IT industry. With AOT\u2019s President Inoue by his side, he introduced the SOP technology alongside later-invented DBP and XOP technologies to many Fujitsu technicians and executives and appealed for its commercialization by Fujitsu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    However, due to a major policy change at Fujitsu at that time from hard to soft, those technologies were not adopted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
